KRISMAS UNTUK GELANDANGAN - 25th December. It was a holiday. I had no plan and my next paper is still in gap within 3 weeks. Hence, Me and my elder sister decided to join together Kembara Kitchen at Jalan Hang Lekiu,KL for their project Street Christmas for 1000 pax of HOMELESS folks. I found that this is not solely about giving food,but the ambience and vibes are so much interactive and joyous because we cooked the foods there and it was organized and structured distribution. We managed to talk and interact with the homeless folks and ask how's their day. The christian mates sang carols to entertain them and set up the trees. As I observed, the homeless folks portrayed the happiness through their face and even some sang together.And that's what matters. I know the fact that my sister and I are Muslim but that's not the obstacles to hinder me. The point here is, despite of the diversities and differences of races, religions, classes, disparities of income or even nationalities, kindness will always be ahead for truly anti-rascist and anti-discrimination. To engage with someone that different from you and find common thing to reach mutual understanding. This is just a thoughtful sharing to spread love , not hatred. Widen your circle and get to know as many humans that living on this earth and help each other ❤️️✨
